Testimonials

"Following a serious knee injury that required surgery and months of rehabilitation, I decided to make an attempt to return to competing in triathlons. I started training with Sarah and found that she understood my situation and developed training plans that allowed me to successfully compete again. Sarah not only considered what I needed with my work life balance considerations, but also where I was mentally and physically following my injury. Learning how to run again, with Sarah's training, helped me achieve a PB in the Cairns 70.3 after just 7 months working together. I have continued to see improvements in riding, running and swimming from her tailored training to where I am now confident to return to racing a full Ironman".

"Before training with Sarah I believed that more mileage was a the only path to faster times. I was constantly pushing high weekly volumes, but instead of improving, I was battling fatigue, injuries, and inconsistent race results. Sarah completely changed my perspective.
Her training methods focus on quality over quantity, incorporating strategic intensity, strength work, and smarter recovery. By following her structured approach, I've actually reduced my training volume while seeing significant improvements in speed, endurance, and overall fitness. My race times have dropped, I feel stronger, and I'm no longer sidelined by overuse injuries.
Sarah's coaching isn't about running more, it's about running smarter. Her personalised plans, attention to detail, and deep understanding of performance optimisation have transformed my training.
If you're looking for faster times, better fitness, and a sustainable running plan, I can't recommend Sarah highly enough!"

"Have absolutely loved training with Sarah. Went from doing way too much running because it's what I enjoyed, to putting a lot more effort into my bike.
My training program has been very individualised, taking into account my uni studies while focusing on individual areas for improvement".
From coaching Maggie as a beginner triathlete to race her first Ironman 70.3, to winning her age group at multiple ironman 70.3 events, she went on to be selected to train for elite triathlon with the QAS.

"I began with Sarah in January 2022 at age 48. I had absolutely no athletic background whatsoever, but I was keen to get fit enough to complete an Ironman. It was always going to be challenging to balance a full time job involving irregular hours, the responsibilities of a young family and my new found hobby of triathlon, but Sarah worked around my roster (with its frequent last minute changes) and gradually built my fitness to a point where I not only completed, but thoroughly enjoyed 5 events, including my first ever standard distance and 70.3.
Sarah is quick to respond to questions with sound advice on any aspect of the sport, which has saved me a lot of money in unnecessary gear. In short, investing. money in Sarah is investing money in yourself. I am the fittest and healthiest I've ever been in my life and I am looking forward to continuing my journey".
Craig went on to complete his first Ironman, well under his goal time, along with multiple other achievements.

"I have been training under Sarah's coaching since November 2021, and have not only seen an increase in my level of fitness, but also improvements with my technique in each of the disciplines (and learnt the importance of rest days!)
Sarah brings her own experience into her coaching and also draws from her knowledge as a physiotherapist. Her approach has made a big difference to my situation with fewer leg and knee issues messing up my training. I certainly recommend Sarah for anyone wanting to take their training up to the next level".
After having not been able to run pain free for months prior to starting on a training program, Darren has been training consistently. He has represented Australia in his age group, and has completed 3 Ironman events.

"In early 2023, I approached Sarah to see if she would be interested in providing triathlon coaching for me. I had set the goal of completing my first Ironman in December of that year, marking a return to the sport after a few years off.
Sarah had been a close friend for many years and I gave a great deal of consideration to the potential of complicating our friendship with the addition of a coaching relationship. However, Sarah's experience as a professional triathlete and coach, married with her background as a physiotherapist really made the decision a no brainer. Her coaching is well structured, easy to follow and effective. She has modified my plans countless times, at short notice, in order to fit in with a demanding and dynamic work schedule. Communication is regular and concise.
Within 9 months of Sarah's program, I achieved PBs in 5k, 10k, half marathon and Olympic Distance triathlon. My self belief skyrocketed. I went into the Ironman feeling confident and relaxed, finishing well under my goal time and ticking off a marathon PB during the race. More importantly, I have found the process of training under Sarah's guidance to be both enjoyable and rewarding. I thoroughly recommend Sarah's coaching to anyone who is serious about making tangible progress in the sport."
